FRAP opens in Frisco first

All the hours she puts in, kept somewhere safe.

Every class, lesson and practice hour — written down by the instructor who was actually there — into one record your child will want to keep opening. Kindergarten to the college application.

Grade 11Application year. Every hour on this screen was signed off by the person who was in the room.

Drawn from the design, not a screenshot — the app is in build. See every screen →

One record, three ages

A six-year-old and a sixteen-year-old open the same app and see completely different things.

The record underneath never resets. What sits on top of it grows up alongside your child — which is why they keep opening it, and why the record keeps filling.

Grades K–5

Explorer

A path, not a number. Legible before a child reads fluently, and the one next thing is impossible to miss — which is what a six-year-old needs from a home screen and what nobody over eleven wants from one.

Grades 6–8

Challenger

Today in a card you can act on, everything else stacked below. It survives one activity or nine, and the same card renders a parent’s schedule row and an instructor’s roster entry. This is the chassis.

Grades 9–12

Pro

Dense, dark and deliberately cold. The reward stops being a badge and becomes a document — which is the only version a sixteen-year-old keeps on a home screen.

How a record gets written

Nothing goes in unless someone was there.

This is the difference between a Passport and a list your child types out the night before a deadline.

1

The session happens

A term of lessons, a drop-in, a trial class, an online tutoring hour — booked and paid for through FRAP.

2

The instructor closes it out

Ten seconds on their phone before they pack up: who was present, who was absent, who was excused. That is what creates a verified hour.

3

It becomes permanent

The hour is written to the Passport and can’t be edited afterwards — not by the instructor, not by you, not by us. A record you can revise isn’t a record.

A look inside

Three people use this, and they are not using the same app.

A parent choosing, an instructor closing out, a child being told they earned something. Every one of them is drawn — there is no shipped build to screenshot, and a stock photograph of somebody else’s family would be worse than a drawing of nobody’s.

A parent choosingFiltered by what actually fits the week. Verification and cancellation terms sit above the price on the next screen, because that is the order the question gets asked in.
An instructor closing outTen seconds before they pack up. This is the screen that creates a verified hour, and a first name plus a last initial is the whole of what it shows about a child.
A child being toldAwarded by the person who taught the session, never by a tap, and the card names exactly what was done to earn it.

Twelve years later

One page, and every line on it is checkable.

A college reader, a scholarship committee, a summer program. They get a document rather than a claim, and a link that proves it without going through us.

Exported by the family, on request, from the app. Nothing is published anywhere by FRAP, and no record is public by default.

Safety & verification

The question you actually have is whether this person is safe to leave your child with.

Five checks before an instructor can take a single booking. Each one carries an expiry date, and a lapse goes straight to the top of our review queue.

What an instructor is shown about your child

A first nameA last initialAn age in years

That is the complete list. FRAP has no surname field anywhere in it — we never collect one — and an instructor is never shown a date of birth. A field that does not exist can’t be leaked.

Math & biology tutoring

Tutored hours are Passport hours.

Online, one to one, attested by the human who taught the session and written to the same record as the swimming. Not a second product — more hours in the one your child already has.

There is an AI homework helper alongside it, and the two things worth knowing about it are both limits: it will not do your child’s homework, and it can never write to the Passport. Only the person who taught the session can do that.

How the learning layer works
1
Restate the question

What is it actually asking you to find?

2
Name the method

This is a proportion — two ratios set equal.

3
Show an analogous example

A different question of the same shape, worked through.

There is no fourth rung.

The answer is not the last step, and it is not anywhere else on the screen.

For instructors and tutors

If you taught the four years of Tuesdays, you should be the one credited for them.

FRAP is built for solo instructors — one person, one profile, no franchise layer. You set your own rate. We handle enrollment, attendance, payment, and the ten-second close-out that writes your name into a child’s permanent record.

Enrollment and paymentno cash envelopes, no chasing a term fee in week four.
A register that takes ten secondspresent, absent, excused. If it were slow, nobody would use it.
Your name in the recordevery verified hour carries the instructor who taught it.
No commission while we build Frisco — not an introductory offer. A marketplace with no parents in it yet has not earned one.

Tell us where you are, and we will start there.

We open one city at a time, and we open where families are already asking. The ZIP you type here is genuinely how the order gets decided — it is the map we use to sign instructors, and a marketplace with no instructors in it is no use to you.

One email when we open your area, one when the app is ready to install, and nothing else. One click to stop.
