Deleting your account
It is a button in the app, not an email to us and a wait. Here is exactly what happens when you press it.
Before you delete: export the Passport
Deletion removes your children’s Passports along with everything else, and we cannot reconstruct them afterwards — the record is append-only by design, and that includes not keeping a quiet copy to restore from. If the record matters to you, export it first: Settings → your child → Export Passport. You get a PDF and a data file, and both are yours.
How to delete
- Open Frap on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You are asked to sign in again, because this cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your parent account and sign-in.
- Every child on the household, and their Passports.
- Enrolments, attendance history and endorsements attached to those children.
- The waitlist address, if you left one.
What is kept, and why
Records of payments are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Those records hold transaction identifiers and amounts — they do not hold your children’s names or their activity history. Where an instructor was paid for a session, the fact of that payment survives; what the child did in it does not.
We also keep an internal log that an account was deleted, and when. That is what lets us prove the deletion happened if you ever ask.
If you cannot get into the app
Write to contact@anantex.com from the address on the account and we do it for you, and confirm in writing when it is done.
