Why is there no Android app?
Because two half-built apps are worse than one finished one. iPhone and iPad first — leave your address and we write once, the day Android is ready.
My child changed instructors. Do the hours carry over?
Yes. Hours belong to the child, not to the provider who taught them. Change teacher, studio or city and the record comes with you.
Something in the Passport is wrong.
Tell us and we post a correction. Frap cannot edit or delete an existing entry — nobody can, including us — so a fix is a visible correcting entry that points at the original and carries a reason. A record that can be quietly rewritten is not a record.
How do I delete everything?
